Due to the perishable nature of fresh vegetables, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • You receive damaged or spoiled vegetables.

  • You receive incorrect items that were not part of your order.

  • The delivered items are significantly different from what was ordered.

In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The product delivered is damaged or not fresh.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The ordered product was not available after payment.

Once the issue is verified by our team, we may offer:

3. Non-Refundable Situations

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once the order is prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
